Zentangle® Method

Shown in the picture above are mother and daughter, Terry Hall and Lauren Vazquez, originally a Mother and daughter team. What started out to be a mother daughter Certified Zentangle Teaching team turned quickly to Lauren chasing and achieving her goals and dreams of becoming a college professor teaching photography and various art courses.
As stated on the welcome page, Terry’s goal is to reach out to people and teach them the philosophy of Zentangle, how it can be used as a tool in their life, develop it as a life skill and introduce them to the means in which to release the inner artist in them while at the same time to experience a peaceful, calming feeling within.
Art is many things to many people. It allows people to express ideas, engage their creative energy, release stress, work through inner challenges, display culture, communicate ideologies, and so on. Even if you've never considered yourself artistic the method will change your mind!
This easy to learn drawing method will help with focus, concentration, mindfulness, fine motor skills, provide inspiration, build self-esteem and confidence, and so much more but most importantly it allows you to CREATE!

Terry Hall received her certification at CZT29 seminar in 2017 and is now teaching in Bakersfield, California. Terry teaches private classes as well as scheduled classes at the Bakersfield Art Association, Arts and Healing Spirituality Center and the Levan Institute for Lifelong Learning through Bakersfield College .
